Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and install computers, servers, and peripherals.
• Connect and configure network devices, including firewalls, switches, and ISP modems.
• Perform hardware repairs and upgrades on computers and servers.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues and provide technical assistance.
• Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and network peripherals (e.g., printers, scanners with LAN static IPs).
• Understand and work within Domain Controller environments (domain vs. workgroup).
• Perform on-site installations, wiring, and cable management.
• Conduct network discovery and documentation for infrastructure planning.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate scheduling with the IT and AV dispatcher.
• Conduct field service visits to diagnose and resolve hardware issues.
• Communicate with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth project execution.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, networking, and infrastructure hardware (firewalls, switches, workstations, monitors, etc.).
• Knowledge of network configuration and connectivity (firewall, switch, ISP modem, WiFi, etc.).
• Ability to install and implement network peripherals on-site.
• Proficiency in Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with hardware repairs, upgrades, and software diagnostics.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
