We are seeking a Power Test & Technician to join our production and engineering team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Set up test facilities, instrumentation, and equipment for product testing.
  • Follow all electrical safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Perform functional testing, high-potential (Hi-Pot) testing, burn-in testing, and product validation according to established test procedures.
  • Accurately record, analyze, and report test results.
  • Troubleshoot and debug power converters, power electronics assemblies, and related subsystems.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of test procedures, test fixtures, and laboratory facilities.
  • Support product quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) activities.
  • Maintain and organize tools, test equipment, inventory, and laboratory facilities.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in electrical or power electronics testing is required.
  • Experience working with high-voltage equipment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to read production drawings, schematics, work instructions, and test procedures.
  • Experience using electronic test instruments (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power analyzers, etc.) and mechanical hand tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and follow instructions accurately.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, dependable, and committed to producing high-quality work.

Employment Requirements

The selected candidate may be required to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.

Salary

$22 - $30 per hour
