We provide dispatching services for roadside assistance companies.

Our company is currently contracted with multiple providers (Geico, Allstate, NSD, Roadside Protect, etc.) for Emergency Roadside Assistance (ERS). We have also expanded the business opportunities to battery testing and installation services.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic ERS (I.E. unlocks, tire changes, jump starts, fuel delivery)
• Perform battery testing and installations.
• Provide the dispatch with the information for accurate records of provided services.
