Dispatching Roadside Assistance Services
Tasks
- Answering phones and responding to digital requests for roadside assistance from Motor Clubs (such as Geico, Allstate, NSD, etc), providing accurate ETAs, and dispatching requests to assigned units
- Communicating with dispatched units, updating Motor Clubs and customers on the status of dispatched units
- Updating and maintaining documents such as customer surveys and call volume reports throughout the shift
- Updating the dispatching map software to reflect unit shift changes
Skills Required
- Fundamental computer skills such as typing, navigating the internet, using Microsoft Excel, managing files and folders
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service
- Strong teamwork skills, as we are a small family-owned business with a 24/7 operation
Availability
- We are seeking a full-time employee to work late evening and overnight shifts, as well as weekend availability
$9 - $12 per hour
