In this role you will advise, develop and configure Salesforce platforms while providing strategic enhancements and support. You will be the main point of contact for our clients on projects that vary from Sales Cloud to CPQ. As a consultant at Omnivo, you are a technical SME, project manager and client support.
We are looking for candidates who understand the big picture yet work within project guidelines to help clients be successful. You will be the face of Omnivo Digital working hand in hand with your counterparts on the client-side, internal project teammates, and Omnivo Technical Architects, to ensure the overall quality and success of the project.
Responsibilities
- Drive client satisfaction by providing white-glove consulting services as an Omnivo brand ambassador
- Adopt the “Owners Mindset” taking a holistic approach in recommending solutions to clients
- Display interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and lead weekly/biweekly meetings
- Work with clients and project teams to define scope, requirements and recommended solutions
- Develop and execute project plans including resourcing, timeline and implementation costs
- Proactively manage scope, requirements, project quality, risks, and communications to clients
- Act as trusted advisor to project stakeholders by providing vision and product road mapping
- Demonstrate leadership with in-depth analytical skills delivering business value and outcomes
- Lead and support the project team in the execution of a standardized solution lifecycle methodology
- Execute on Salesforce Admin-level project deliverables and/or delegate tasks to project teammates
- Coordinate and guide internal teammates and client teams on project-specific initiatives and tasks
- Oversee project timelines by tracking deliverables and anticipate issues/risks across SFDC projects
- Act as Salesforce SME to stakeholders and work alongside internal Salesforce Architects for support
- Manage and provide training and technical documentmentation to clients and stakeholders
- Provide clients with weekly, biweekly and/or monthly check ins via email of project statuses
- Escalate client issues, timeline challenges or project changes to Delivery Team for review and support
- Closely manage scope of work and anticipate opportunities for change orders or additional services
- Seek guidance and support from internal Solutions team on blockers and/or best practices
- Participate in professional development and team collaboration sessions such as Lunch & Learns
- Achieve and maintain minimum billable hours based on client project work and deliverables
Qualifications, Experience, Education
- Salesforce Administrator Certification Required
- 2-5 years as a Salesforce Consultant
- Project Management/Leadership experience
- Scrum experience

- Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional Certification

- Salesforce CRM Experience is required
