Dynamic and hungry sales professional wanted to drive new business in a expanding market for air purification systems.  “Order takers” need not apply. 


Our rapid growth trajectory and continued market expansion have created the need for a top performing National Sales Manager to develop new business in our target markets which include: 

  • Healthcare facilities managing infection control risk during construction and maintenance projects 
  • Hospital patient isolation for preventing the spread of infectious disease 
  • Healthcare and commercial facility Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) 
  • Manufacturing, construction, restoration and abatement environments where asbestos, mold, lead and/or silica are present 
  • Disaster response for wildfire smoke mitigation 
  • Sanitizing the air in indoor agriculture environments to prevent cross-pollination and powdery mildew and control odors 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • GROW NEW BUSINESS - Develop and execute an aggressive sales growth plan 
  • Actively manage our large opportunity sales funnel and close deals 
  • Manage our network of distribution partners 
  • Manage our e-commerce storefront 
  • Regularly attend customer meetings in support of their buying journey 
  • Cultivate high powered industry influencers in support of growth objectives 
  • Represent the needs of the market and our target customers in regular discussions with senior leadership 
  • Work closely with operations and product management teams to exceed customer and partner expectations 
  • Through curiosity and a bias for action, gain market and customer insights to uncover new opportunities 
  • Attend conferences, industry events, and partner events

Minimum Education, Experience and Skills: 

  • High School Diploma and at least two years of post-secondary education 
  • 3-5 years of success in a sales leadership role 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines 


Preferred Education, Experience and Skills: 

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 
  • 5-10 years of experience managing national or international, multi-channel go-to-market sales organizations 


Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:  

  • Up to 25% travel required 
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer 
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

$80,000 - $180,000 per year
