At Olfactory NYC, we believe that fragrance is an art form, and we're here to empower individuals to express their uniqueness through scent. We've partnered with world-renowned perfumers, using the finest oils to craft unforgettable, one-of-a-kind fragrances.

Who We Need:

We're on the lookout for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as "Scent-tologists." As a Scent-tologist, you won't just be selling scents; you'll be crafting experiences and memories for our guests.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and Engage: Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, inviting them to embark on a scent journey.
• Storytelling: Share our brand's captivating story and product knowledge with guests.
• Scent Customization: Guide customers through the magical process of creating their signature fragrance.
• Sales Floor Mastery: Manage day-to-day operations, process transactions, selling ancillary products, wrap orders with finesse, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent Olfactory NYC at off-site events, spreading aromatic joy.

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Communication Skills: Ability to articulate the magic of fragrance with charisma. Multilingual is a plus!
• Creativity: Bring your unique flair to the scent-creation process.
• Detail-Oriented: Keep things smelling sweet by paying attention to the little things.
• Eager Learners: Ready to dive into the fascinating world of fragrance.

Perks and Compensation:

• Training: Comprehensive training and apprenticeship program to hone your scent-tologist skills.
• Compensation: $17 per hour with the potential to earn approximately $20-$30 per hour, with tips
• Additional Perks: Monthly sales incentives and bonuses for off-site events.
