The Lead Barber plays a key leadership role in the shop, bridging the gap between the barber team and management. You’ll still be behind the chair, but also take on responsibilities that support the operations, culture, and growth of your fellow barbers. This is a great fit for a barber ready to lead, mentor, and eventually grow into a Head Barber role.
