We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Barber to lead our barbershop team. This role is pivotal in delivering an exceptional client experience, mentoring the barber team, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional barbering experience, with leadership or mentorship experience preferred.
• Active Texas Barber License.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about the barbering craft and creating exceptional client experiences.
