Cloud 9 Luxury Spa, located in the heart of Kenosha, WI, seeks full-time Massage Therapists to work in our medical spa.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

· Constantly and consistently exhibit superb core values and standards of behavior including adherence to the Forbes 5-Star standards

· Proactively greet clients warmly and provide a pleasant and comfortable spa experience

· Effectively communicate with clients to confirm services and review special needs

· Perform treatment following spa and professional protocols

· Ensure client is comfortable and being well attended

· Maintain a clean work area and sanitize any instruments

· Restock and replace linens, supplies, and other items as necessary to ensure there is no delay between treatments

· Explain the main steps of treatment to prepare the client

· Use the client's name when speaking

· Prepare client for the exit when treatment is over, providing floor mat, slippers, robe and assistance

· Offer a refreshment to each client at the completion of service and escort client to checkout

· As clients leave, engage them in a friendly manner, inquire how their experience was and invite them to return to the spa soon

Secondary Responsibilities:

· Complete required reports and paperwork as directed by the supervisor

· Maintain client's confidentiality

Certifications / Licenses:

· Must possess proper National and / or State license for massage therapy

Past Work Experience:

· Prior hotel or equivalent client service experience preferred

· Prior spa experience required

Environment:

· Performance of duties occurs indoors in temperature-controlled setting and occasionally outdoors, as season permits
