At OLarry, inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Manager to join our team. As a Tax Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with tax regulations and optimizing our tax strategies. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $170,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all tax-related decisions and activities in the organization. You will help us stay tax-compliant and up-to-date on new tax laws.

**Responsibilities**

• Perform tax research
• Prepare and review tax returns
• Identify opportunities to minimize the effective tax rate
• Oversee non-income tax compliance
• Prepare for and lead tax audits

**Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years' of Public Accounting experience
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• CPA license
