Job Experience/Requirements:

• Must have 2 years experience in Cannabis Retail Management.
• Must have 3 years customer service eperience in the customer service industry.
• Good understanding of Metrc/OMMA policies and regulations and must adhere to them.
• Must train your budtenders on OMMMA and Metrc polcies and regulations.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Muist have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lead a team and set the standard for that team.
• Must communicate reports/numbers on a weekly basis and be able to communicate additional information to upper management at any time.
• This is a FULL-time position but may require overtime.
• Must have Medical Marijuana Card.
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Skills:

• Great customer service skills....MUST be customer focused.
• Work well with others and lead a team of skilled budtenders.
• Carry at least 30 pounds,
• Medical Marijuana Card.
• Must have POS and cashier experience and be able to relay this information to management/accounting department.
• Proficient knowledge in cannabis and cannabis industry.
