Offbase Supply Co. is retailer of high-quality tactical gear and apparel. We're primarily an eCommerce company, with a growing retail store in Virginia Beach, Virginia. We support a wide range of customers, from members of the military and law enforcement to the well-prepared individual.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform order fulfillment duties, including accurately picking, packaging and shipping orders
• Maintain inventory accuracy while hitting productivity targets and ensuring orders arrive safely and on time
• Maintain organized inventory and storage areas.
• Ensure compliance with established procedures and systems.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as boxcutters and pallet jacks.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fulfillment center preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established processes.
• Dependable and punctual with excellent time management skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds.
