Offbase Supply Co. is retailer of high-quality tactical gear and apparel. We're primarily an eCommerce company, with a growing retail store in Virginia Beach, Virginia. We support a wide range of customers, from members of the military and law enforcement to the well-prepared individual.

Key Responsibilities

• Write compelling and accurate product descriptions for our online listings.
• Capture high-quality photographs of merchandise to showcase its features.
• Upload listings to various sales channels, including our website and eBay.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accurate availability.
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide timely and professional responses.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and maximize customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in photography and photo editing software is a plus.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, eBay, and Amazon.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
