As the VP of Client Experience, you’ll oversee both sales and marketing strategies, drive revenue growth, and ensure that every touchpoint with our clients reflects Odulair’s commitment to excellence and innovation.

This position reports directly to the CEO and is located outside of Nashville, TN. Collaborates with engineering, production, and operations teams to align sales and marketing efforts with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage sales and marketing teams to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and marketing initiatives, providing regular reports to the CEO.
  • Oversee the customer journey from lead generation to post-sale support, ensuring a seamless and exceptional client experience.
  • Develop pricing strategies and promotional plans based on market research and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to align product features with market demand.
  • Lead high-level negotiations with key clients and partners, closing strategic deals.
  • Spearhead branding initiatives, content marketing, and digital advertising campaigns to strengthen Odulair’s market presence.
  • Manage the CRM system to ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales data.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
  • Follow all safety regulations and best practices for executive leadership roles.
  • Other duties as assigned by the CEO.


Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing multi-disciplinary teams.


Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of B2B sales, marketing automation, and customer experience best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
  • A can-do, positive approach and a willingness to help others is essential.


Equipment and Applications:

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics tools (Google Analytics).


Work Environment Physical Demands:

  • Primarily office-based with occasional travel to meet clients, attend trade shows, and visit production facilities.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment while maintaining a methodical approach.
  • Compliance with Odulair's Health and Safety Policy and all relevant safety regulations is mandatory.
  • Odulair conducts regular drug and alcohol testing as required by the Department of Transportation (DOT).
