At Odulair, you’ll lead our supply chain operations, manage logistics, and play a critical role in ensuring our mobile clinics are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

This position reports to the Head of Operations or their designee and is located outside of Nashville, TN. Collaborates with procurement, production, and logistics teams to optimize supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support Odulair’s production schedules and business objectives.
• Manage procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Establish relationships with key suppliers to negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to resolve supply chain challenges.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to address supply chain disruptions.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and supplier performance.
• Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance and improvement initiatives to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards throughout the supply chain process.
• Other duties as assigned by the Head of Operations or their designee.

Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• APICS certification (CSCP or CPIM) is a plus.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, demand planning, and logistics management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A can-do, positive approach and a willingness to help others is essential.

Equipment and Applications:

• Proficiency with ERP systems (ECI M1, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Google Workspace.
• Experience with supply chain management software and tools.

Work Environment Physical Demands:

• Ability to work in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment while maintaining a methodical approach.
• Primarily office-based with occasional visits to warehouses and production facilities.
• Compliance with Odulair's Health and Safety Policy and all relevant safety regulations is mandatory.
• Odulair conducts regular drug and alcohol testing as required by the Department of Transportation (DOT).
