OCG Companies is a leading provider of restoration construction services, specializing in the utility industry. OCG Companies is seeking a high-energy, organized, and dynamic individual to join our growing team as a Project Administrator Manager. This person will work closely with the staff of project administrators, field staff, accounting, and operations managers to assist with coordination of jobs, administrative service in addition to assisting with various levels of projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Managing the influx of job assignments from various customers

Utilizing our proprietary software to monitor and maintain all job details

Coordinating between finance, field crews, clients, the administration team, and upper management to align and meet company goals

Manage timely completions of jobs

Develop and cross train team

Maintaining large, complex data sets of jobs details from various customers


Qualifications:

Strong scheduling skills

Strong verbal and written communication stills

Ability to give clear, concise direction and data summaries

Ability to multitask and shift priorities quickly

Experience with deadline management

Minimum 5 years team development experience

Minimum 5 years in management role

Resourceful

Calm under pressure

Ability to manage large data sets

Extremely detail orientated and accurate

Experienced in excel, PowerPoint, outlook, SharePoint, word

Strong presentation skills

No ego- there is no task you wouldn't ask someone to do that you wouldn't do yourself

Strong de-escalation skills

Customer service experience

Client and vendor relationship management experience

Comfortable in a very fast paced environment

Experience with inventory management a plus

Previous experience in a startup business or business unit a preferred

Proven skills in process development preferred

Experience working with cross functional teams


Preferred Qualifications:

Restoration or construction administration

Project management

Miss dig certification

Permitting experience

Inventory management

Typical office hours are 8-5 Monday-Friday, with flexibility required during peak seasons April-October or as projects require additional attention. Must be willing to go above and beyond to ensure all tasks and projects are completed.


Job Type: Full-time


Salary: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
