The Operations Manager - Onsite Health will oversee the day-to-day management of onsite health programs, including managing staff, ensuring productivity and satisfaction goals are met, and developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve program efficiency and effectiveness. Role Description

This is a full-time, onsite role for an Operations Manager - Onsite Health at OccuMedX Group, Inc. located in Charlotte, NC. The Operations Manager - Onsite Health will oversee the day-to-day management of onsite health programs, including managing staff, ensuring productivity and satisfaction goals are met, and developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve program efficiency and effectiveness. The Operations Manager - Onsite Health will also work collaboratively with the sales team to provide exceptional service to clients and grow the program.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations or management
  • Experience working in onsite health programs is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage staff, budgets, and projects
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, staff, and internal stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
  • Ability to use data to drive decision-making and program improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health records and management systems
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
  • State or National Certification as an EMT-Paramedic is required
