About OBM, Inc.

OBM is building the digital backbone of the energy transition. Our flagship platform, Foreman, powers some of the world's largest Bitcoin mining operations, helping them optimize energy use, maximize uptime, and increase profitability. OBM's Real-Time Settlements (RTS) is a specialized financial technology service that provides power suppliers with automated daily settlements, replacing traditional monthly invoicing to lower financial risk and improve cash flow. It enables flexible payment schedules, reduces collateral requirements, and offers greater data transparency for large-load customers.
