Job Description
Perform pest control treatments for customers using environmentally friendly products. Follow a set schedule of services, demonstrating professionalism and excellent customer service. This role requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. The physical requirements of this job may be accommodated for individuals with disabilities.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Adhere to daily schedule for timely service at each account
- Conduct pest control treatments using high-quality products
- Communicate effectively with customers, office staff, and service managers
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Pass criminal background check and drug test
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions
- Physical tasks such as climbing, balancing, bending, stooping, kneeling, or crawling may be required

Compensation
