What we are looking for in a Direct Sales Representative:

• Experience in door-to-door sales or customer service.

• Passion for people, and genuine interest in customer service.

• Demonstrate persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving personal success.

As a sales rep, you will utilize a mixture of YOUR strengths and OUR industry leading training to:

• Sell door-to-door pest control services to homes in Colorado.

• Work 40+ hours a week including Saturdays and some holidays.

• Deliver an amazing customer experience to potential clients as well as our current customers and handle objections effectively.

• Master sales techniques and show an improvement in communication skills, leadership qualities, and time management as the season progresses.
