- Greet all guests with enthusiasm and professionalism, providing information about the event, venue layout, accessibility features, house policies, and any show-specific details
- Check in guests from will-call and pre-purchased ticket lists using the ticketing platform, resolving any discrepancies quickly and courteously
- Sell walk-up tickets according to availability, accurately processing cash, card, and digital payment transactions and issuing receipts

Cash Management & Financial Accuracy
- Accurately process all cash and digital transactions in accordance with Oasis Arts' cash handling policies and procedures
- Receive and count an assigned cash drawer at the start of each shift, verifying the opening balance against documented records
- Maintain a running record of all sales transactions throughout the shift, including cash, credit/debit, and complimentary or press tickets
- At the close of each event, complete end-of-shift reconciliation: count cash drawer, balance against total sales records, document any overages or shortages, and submit all funds and paperwork to the manager on duty
Ticketing & Seating Operations
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all current and upcoming shows, events, pricing structures, seating configurations, and ticketing policies in order to accurately inform and assist guests
- Manage and troubleshoot the ticketing platform for each event, including will-call setup, guest lists, comp tickets, and day-of-show adjustments, in coordination with the Front of House Manager
- Execute setup and breakdown of house configurations for cabaret and general admission shows, including table and chair arrangements, signage, and accessibility placements, maintaining a high standard of visual presentation
Cross-Departmental Communication & Show Readiness
- Participate in pre-show briefings as required and ensure the box office area is fully prepared - stocked, organized, and operational - before doors open
- Coordinate, and communicate clearly and promptly, with the Front of House Manager, Bar/Night Manager, Technical Production team, Security team and show producers ahead of, and during, each performance to confirm show details, house configurations, accessibility accommodations, VIP arrangements, and any box office concerns that may affect show timing or operations
- Support front-of-house operations as directed by the Front of House Manager, including but not limited to assisting with coat check, merchandise, or other guest-facing needs during lower-volume periods
