Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and check incoming merchandise against invoices and packing slips.
- Accurately tag, label, and prepare products for sales floor and e-commerce listings.
- Organize and maintain warehouse space for efficient inventory access and safe storage.
- Pull, pack, and prepare online orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Assist in regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
- Report damaged, missing, or defective items promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of warehouse and work areas.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, carts, ladders) safely.
- Support retail and operations staff with special projects or events as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse, retail, or inventory experience helpful but not required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy; comfort with tablets or handheld devices for inventory entry.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs occasionally and 30–40 lbs regularly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
- Warehouse and retail environment with occasional exposure to varying temperatures.
- Position requires use of ladders, step stools, or equipment to retrieve/store inventory.
Compensation & Benefits
