Job Summary:

As a Team Lead housekeeping, your primary responsibility will be to oversee a team of maids and ensure that all assigned tasks are efficiently completed to the highest quality standards. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized environment for our clients, while delivering exceptional service and upholding our company's values.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise a team of maids, offering guidance, support, and necessary training as required.

- Assign daily tasks and ensure their timely and thorough completion.

- Regularly inspect work to ensure that all cleaning and housekeeping duties meet our highest standards.

- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective cleaning procedures and protocols.

- Maintain open lines of communication with team members, promptly and professionally addressing any concerns or performance issues.

- Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new housekeeping team members.

- Aid in inventory management and the ordering of cleaning supplies.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a team lead or supervisory capacity.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Excellent attention to detail and the capability to work independently.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills with team members and clients.

- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and best practices.

- Reliable, punctual, and flexible scheduling availability, including weekends.

- Physical capability to perform job duties, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.

Salary:

The salary range for this position is $15 to $20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
