Key Responsibilities:


  • Execute the company’s product vision, strategy, and goals in alignment with the overall objectives.
  • Take part in the development of a comprehensive product roadmap that balances short-term needs and long-term vision, considering market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Develop and nurture talent within the product management team, promoting professional growth and skill development.
  • Work closely with engineering and design to ensure seamless coordination and execution throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Drive the end-to-end product development process, ensuring products are delivered on time, within scope, and meeting quality standards.
  • Make critical decisions based on data-driven analysis, market research, and customer feedback to enhance product offerings and user experience.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform product strategy and differentiation.
  • Establish key performance indicators and metrics to measure the success of products post-launch.
  • Analyze product performance data and user feedback to iterate and improve product offerings over time.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges related to product development and work proactively to mitigate them.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Present product plans, progress updates, and performance metrics to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Provide clear and concise communication to both technical and non-technical teams, ensuring a shared understanding of product goals and priorities.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field. (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven track record of at least 7-10 years in product management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role closely aligned with engineering teams.
  • Demonstrable technical acumen; must be able to participate in technical discussions and help make engineering-related decisions.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and launching successful products in dynamic and competitive markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, including coaching, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of agile development methodologies and product management best practices. (Experience with the Shape Up process is a plus).
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and advancements.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C environments is a plus.
