Travel ER Registered Nurses Needed – New York

NurseAmerica is actively hiring experienced Travel Emergency Room Registered Nurses (ER RNs) for multiple high-paying assignments in Utica, NY.

Position Details

• Position: Travel Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (ER)
• Location: Utica, NY
• Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
• Schedule: 36 Hours/Week
• Shift: Day & Night Openings Available
• Pay: Up to $3,000/week (includes tax-free stipend for qualified travelers)

Responsibilities

• Assess, prioritize, and treat emergency patients
• Perform rapid triage and critical patient assessments
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Operate emergency department equipment
• Accurately document patient care using EMR systems
• Provide compassionate patient and family education

Requirements

• Active RN License
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience
• Previous Travel RN experience preferred
• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• NIHSS (preferred)
• Strong critical thinking and multitasking skills
• Experience with EPIC or MEDITECH is a plus
