Travel Registered Nurse – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
Location: Utica, NY
Shift: Night | 12-hour shifts
Contract Duration: 8 weeks
Schedule: 36 hours/week
Job Summary
NurseAmerica is seeking an experienced NICU Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Utica, NY. This NICU includes 8–13 beds (private rooms with open bay overflow). The nurse-to-patient ratio ranges from 1:1 to 1:3.
You will provide exceptional care to neonatal patients, collaborate with the healthcare team, and assist in other units if needed. Epic experience is required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years NICU experience (Level II/III preferred)
- Current BLS and NRP certifications
- PALS and STABLE certifications required prior to start
- Willingness to float to Mother-Baby, Pediatrics, or other adult floors if needed
Compensation
- Weekly Gross Pay: $3,100
- Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,246
- Taxable Hourly Wages: $1,854
