Salary: $65,000 - $73,000 + Placement Bonuses

Position Overview

NurseAmerica is seeking an experienced Travel Nurse Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in travel nurse staffing and can effectively source, engage, and place nurses in contract roles across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit travel nurses for nationwide assignments
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and credential checks
• Manage full-cycle recruitment process
• Maintain relationships with candidates and clients
• Meet placement and performance targets

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a travel nurse recruiter (required)
• Strong understanding of travel nursing contracts and compliance
• Experience using ATS and sourcing platforms
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Must have reliable equipment and internet connection
