Location: Watertown, New York

Position Overview

NurseAmerica is seeking an experienced Travel Med Surg / Tele Float RN for a dynamic hospital setting in Watertown, NY. This role requires flexibility to float across multiple units and provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Unit Details

  • Unit Type: Med Surg / Tele Float Pool
  • Patient Population: Adult patients (with potential exposure to Pediatrics)
  • Floating: Required to Med Surg, PCU, and may include ICU, ED, and Pediatric units based on facility needs
  • Charting System: MEDITECH
  • Shift Requirements: Weekend, holiday, and call required

Requirements

  • Active New York RN License
  • Minimum 2+ years of hospital RN experience
  • At least 1 successful travel assignment required (first-time travelers will not be considered)
  • Experience with Med Surg and Telemetry required
  • Coronary Care experience required
  • BLS Certification required
  • ACLS Certification preferred
  • Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to float and adapt to multiple units


Refer a qualified candidate and earn up to $500 referral bonus once the assignment is successfully completed.


Salary

$2,900 - $3,000 per week
