Position Overview

NurseAmerica is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Utica, NY. This opportunity is ideal for L&D nurses with strong experience managing antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, GYN, and newborn patients in a busy maternity setting.

Unit Details

• Unit Type: Maternity / Labor & Delivery
• Beds: 18 Total Beds
• Patient Population: Obstetrics, GYN, Newborns
• RN Ratio: 1:1 – 1:2
• EMR: Epic / Stork
• Floating: Mother-Baby unit, Pediatrics, or Adult Floors as needed (within scope)

Requirements

• Active New York RN License
• 4–5 years of Labor & Delivery experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
• Experience with antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn care
• Epic/Stork experience required
