RN Shift Supervisor / Manager (Night Shift)

Location: Edmond, OK (73013)

Position Type: Full-Time, 10-Hour Night Shifts

NurseAmerica is seeking an experienced RN Shift Supervisor to oversee night operations at a physician-owned, 18-bed specialty hospital in Edmond, OK. Boasting a 4.9 Google review rating, top-percentile Press-Ganey patient satisfaction scores, and a low-volume Level 4 ER (~30 visits/month), this facility offers leadership in a focused environment.

Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

• Lead night-shift clinical operations, overseeing staffing allocations, patient throughput, and clinical safety.
• Serve as the administrative and clinical point of contact during night hours, supporting bedside RNs and CNAs.
• Manage patient care escalations, liaise with physician owners, and uphold strict care standards.
• Maintain strict adherence to regulatory, infection control, and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma or Compact RN License; BSN preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum 3 years of acute care clinical experience with prior charge nurse or leadership responsibilities.

Compensation, Ratios & Benefits

• Target Pay: $44.00 – $52.00 / hour.
• Work Environment Ratios: 1:3 to 1:4 general staffing ratio (1:1 for ICU care).
• Incentives: Hiring bonus possible; Relocation bonus up to $5,000; Referral bonus up to $500.
• Health Benefits: Premium health plan with an 80/20 employer split.
