Registered Nurse (RN) Manager – Outpatient Pain Clinic
Location: Utica, NY
Schedule: Full-Time

About the Role
NurseAmerica is seeking an experienced RN Manager to lead the nursing and clinical staff in a fast-paced outpatient pain management clinic. This leadership role combines hands-on patient care with team supervision, ensuring efficient clinic operations, high-quality patient care, and compliance with all clinical protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing and clinical staff
- Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow
- Ensure high standards of patient care and safety
- Assist providers with procedures as needed
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure accurate clinical documentation and compliance
- Maintain inventory, supplies, and equipment readiness
- Implement and uphold clinic policies and best practices
- Serve as a point of contact for clinical issues and escalations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in NY
- 3–5+ years of RN experience, preferably in OR, Med-Surg, or procedural settings
- Leadership or supervisory experience required
- Strong clinical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Experience in outpatient or procedural settings preferred
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
Work Environment
- Outpatient, clinic-based setting
- Predictable, scheduled procedures
- No inpatient care, overnight shifts, ER, or trauma
