Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in a reputable senior living community located in Great Falls, Virginia. As an RN, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring residents receive the highest level of clinical care and emotional support in a warm, person-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician
- Monitor patient health and record accurate, timely documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including CNAs, LPNs, and physicians
- Educate residents and families about care plans and wellness programs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and infection control standards
- Participate in resident care planning and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia
- CPR/BLS certification (required)
- Prior experience in senior living, long-term care, or a similar healthcare setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to compassionate care and resident dignity
