Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our healthcare team. This opportunity is based in a reputable senior living community near Washington, DC. We welcome candidates currently located in Hurricane, WV, as well as nurses who are willing to relocate to Maryland or Virginia. As an RN, you will play a vital role in ensuring residents receive the highest level of clinical care and emotional support in a warm, person-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician
• Monitor patient health and record accurate, timely documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including CNAs, LPNs, and physicians
• Educate residents and families about care plans and wellness programs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and infection control standards
• Participate in resident care planning and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license (or eligibility) in the state of Virginia or Maryland
• CPR/BLS certification (required)
• Prior experience in senior living, long-term care, or a similar healthcare setting is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to compassionate care and resident dignity
