Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications according to physician orders and facility protocols.
• Monitor residents' health status, vital signs, and overall well-being.
• Document patient care accurately within the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Assist with treatments and nursing interventions.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Virginia LPN license or Compact (NLC) license.
• Current BLS certification.
• One to two years of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term care, rehab, med-surg, behavioral health, or similar settings is welcomed.
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills.
• Must successfully complete required background screening and drug testing.
