 Job Overview:

As a Nursing Supervisor (LPN), you’ll oversee care delivery and support a team of caregivers in providing outstanding care for residents in a long-term care and memory care setting. This leadership role requires clinical knowledge, sound judgment, and a commitment to excellence.

 Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily resident care and nursing unit operations.
• 
  
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• 
  
• Supervise and guide staff to ensure quality care is delivered consistently.
• 
  
• Accurately document resident care in the EMR system.
• 
  
• Communicate pertinent resident updates to physicians during rounds.
• 
  
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
• 
  

 Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in Virginia, in good standing.
• 
  
• Current CPR Certification.
• 
  
• 1+ year experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role (preferred).
• 
  
• Experience in long-term care, rehab, or memory care (preferred).
• 
  
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
•
