NurseAmerica is currently seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support a premier senior living community in McLean, VA. This opportunity is available for both full-time and per-diem schedules, offering flexibility for nurses looking to work consistent shifts or pick up additional hours.

This role is ideal for LPNs who are passionate about providing high-quality care to seniors in an assisted living environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document residents’ health status and vital signs
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and care staff to coordinate care
• Respond to changes in resident conditions and report concerns promptly
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Support residents with dignity, compassion, and professionalism

Schedule Options

Full-Time: 36–40 hours per week

Per-Diem: Flexible shifts based on availability

Shift options may include:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift

Compensation & Benefits

Qualifications

• Active Virginia LPN License
• BLS Certification preferred
