Position Overview
We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team, providing quality in-home care to clients in Fairfax, Virginia. This role offers flexible assignments based on client availability and needs. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, a commitment to compassionate care, and the ability to work independently within a home care environment.
Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Deliver personalized care in clients’ homes, including medication administration, monitoring vital signs, and assistance with daily activities.
- Documentation: Accurately document patient interactions and update medical records in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with registered nurses, physicians, and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Patient and Family Education: Provide guidance on health management, treatments, and recovery processes.
- Compliance and Safety: Adhere to healthcare policies and safety protocols to ensure a safe care environment.

Requirements
- Licensure: Active and unrestricted LPN license in Virginia.
- Experience: Prior experience in home care or similar environments preferred.
- Education: Completion of an accredited LPN program.
