Job Title: Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Marble Falls, TX

Pay Rate: $40 - $55 per hour (based on experience and shift differentials)

Contract Type: Full-Time

About the Opportunity:

Are you a passionate and experienced Labor & Delivery RN looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and patient-centered environment? NurseAmerica is seeking a dedicated L&D RN to join our team in beautiful Marble Falls, TX. In this role, you will be at the forefront of providing expert maternal care during one of life’s most significant moments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate and high-quality care to patients throughout the labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum phases
• Monitor fetal heart rates, administer medications, and assist in deliveries (vaginal and C-sections)
• Collaborate closely with obstetricians, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals
• Provide patient education and emotional support to mothers and families
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation
• Respond quickly to any obstetric emergencies and support emergency procedures

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Texas
• 2 years overall experience as an RN.
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Labor & Delivery
• BLS and ACLS certifications (NRP preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-stress situations
