Compensation

• $42 – $55 per hour (based on experience, certifications, and shift flexibility)

Position Overview

NurseAmerica Healthcare is seeking compassionate and experienced Home Health Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a home setting. This role focuses on delivering skilled nursing services to patients with chronic, acute, and end-of-life care needs.

You’ll play a critical role in improving patient outcomes while allowing individuals to receive care in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on disease management and care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, therapists, caregivers)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

• Active RN license (NH or compact state)
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience (Home Health or Hospice preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• BLS certification required
