Fractional RN – Clinical Advisor (Non-Clinical / Administrative Focus) | Hybrid – Virginia

$45/Hour | Flexible Schedule | Non-Bedside RN Role

NurseAmerica is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong administrative or leadership background to join as a Fractional Clinical Advisor. This is a non-clinical, non-bedside role focused on clinical oversight, operations, and recruitment support.

Compensation:

• $45 per hour

• Weekly pay via direct deposit

• Flexible schedule with potential for part-time or full-time growth

What You’ll Do (Administrative Focus):

• Provide clinical guidance to internal and recruiting teams

• Support candidate screening and clinical evaluations

• Ensure compliance with credentialing and healthcare standards

• Advise on job descriptions, hiring strategies, and role requirements

• Act as a liaison between clinical operations and recruitment

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN license in Virginia (required)

• Experience in leadership, administration, or supervisory roles

• Background in healthcare operations, staffing, or recruitment preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

Work Setup:

Hybrid role (remote + in-person + up to 25% travel)

Must be based in Northern Virginia
