Director of Nursing (DON) – Senior Living Community | Competitive Pay + Referral Bonus!

Are you a compassionate and experienced nursing leader ready to take your career to the next level? We’re seeking a dynamic Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the clinical team at a vibrant and well-respected Senior Living Community offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care services.

Location: Fairfax, VA (Fair Oaks Area) Competitive Pay: $90K – $140K annually (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring regulatory compliance and high standards of care.
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff across all levels and shifts.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to residents’ individual needs.
• Foster strong communication with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Champion quality improvement initiatives and staff development.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid RN license in Virginia (or compact license).
• Minimum of 3–5 years in a leadership role within senior living, long-term care, or assisted living.
• Proven track record of regulatory compliance and team leadership.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for enriching the lives of seniors.
