Position Highlights:

• Title: Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON - RN)

• Salary: $45 – $55/hour
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and evaluate nursing personnel performance
• Support Director of Nursing in implementing high-quality clinical programs
• Drive quality assurance and infection control compliance
• Oversee orientation, onboarding, and in-service training for clinical staff
• Champion a culture of customer service, empathy, and resident-centered care
• Help lead new care initiatives and policy improvements

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing with the Virginia Board of Nursing
• Active CPR Certification
• 2 years RN experience
• 1 year nurse leadership or management experience
• Strong leadership, clinical, and interpersonal skills
