We are seeking a Sales Manager – Business Development to help lead our next phase of growth through structured pipeline development and recurring revenue generation.


Position Overview

The Sales Manager – Business Development will be responsible for generating new recurring revenue through strategic client acquisition and long-term retainer agreements.


This is not a transactional sales role.


We are looking for a disciplined relationship builder who can:

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new recurring monthly revenue (retainer-based agreements)

  • Align new sales with operational capacity and delivery teams
  • Maintain detailed CRM documentation and reporting
  • Represent NSTCS professionally in client meetings and industry settings
  • Collaborate directly with executive leadership on growth strategy

  • Is comfortable operating in a lean, founder-led organization
  • Is motivated by performance-based growth and accountability
  • Demonstrates professional maturity and strong communication skills


Experience within construction, property management, or compliance industries is strongly preferred.
