JOB SUMMARY

NOXX Delivery Drivers (on-the-go Budtenders) are the ambassadors for our out-of-store customers' experience. From the initial greeting through the delivery hand-off-- we want to ensure that all customers receive the same stellar customer experience. The ideal candidate should be dependable and comfortable with delivering in urban areas.

Company delivery vehicle provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Delivers product to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner while adhering to state driving laws
• Represent the brand in a positive and compliant manner while providing the best-in-class service that consistently exceeds our customer's expectations
• Maintains delivery log and records and performs quality inventory checks before and after shifts
• Follow established guidelines to ensure compliance including checking for valid ID, verifying payment, and receiving customer signature for order
• Follows delivery routes as scheduled to ensure delivery within scheduled time-frame
• Processes transactions using the point of sale system
• Establish relationships with customers and provide a memorable customer experience to create loyalty to our brand
• Assist with in-store duties on an as needed basis including: assisting with packaging and inventory stocking
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid, unexpired driver's license in good standing is required
• Completion of a background investigation including a satisfactory motor vehicle record check required
• Must maintain a clean driving record throughout employment
• Familiarity with local streets, neighborhoods, and routes preferred
• Knowledge of basic computer skills and ability to use delivery and POS software
• Ability to perform sedentary work that primarily involves standing or sitting
• Must be 21+ years of age 
• 25 years of age or older preferred
