Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to promote effective communication and collaboration.
- Assess student progress through observation and documentation, providing feedback to parents on their child's development.
- Incorporate early intervention strategies for children who may need additional support in their learning journey.
- Organize activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth through play-based learning.
- Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness while ensuring all materials are safe and accessible for children.
Qualifications
- Experience working with young children in a preschool or private school setting is preferred.
- Strong skills in lesson planning and curriculum development tailored to early childhood education.
- Familiarity with special education practices and child welfare principles is advantageous.
- Background in tutoring or providing individualized support to students is a plus.
- Knowledge of early intervention techniques to assist children with varying developmental needs is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
