Responsibilities:

• Provide PM, OCM and overall consulting guidance to senior executives, and closely partner with representatives across functions (HR, Legal, Technology, etc.)
• Assist in running governance models and support the cadence of meetings for executive level status updates, including meeting minutes, dashboards in client's preferred reporting software and PowerPoint slides. 
• Build and maintain project plans to track all key milestones, dates and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate weekly project meetings to update the project schedule, identify roadblocks and continuously move projects forward.
• Develop executive level briefings.
• Assist in Nota Consulting business development and corporate activities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project Management, OCM and/or consulting experience.
• Consulting experience is a must have. Commercial consulting experience is preferred.
• Experience with corporate restructuring and/or offshoring programs is a plus.
• Experience building and maintaining a schedule via Project Management software is a must have.
• PM certification and/or OCM certification (Prosci or other) is a plus.
