Do you want to be part of a team that is working to help our most vulnerable neighbors with their housing needs? Do you want to help those experiencing homelessness and struggling with mental illness transition into housing?

Our housing-based case managers provide in-home support and may include providing rides to appointments, development of a crisis plan, a guest policy, budgeting, and a referral to other community resources and supports, as well as assisting in housing-related goal development.
