We are seeking a Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to manage bookkeeping and administrative functions, ensuring a smooth and efficient office environment. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic setting.


Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing office General and Administrative (G&A) budgets with accurate and timely reporting.
  • Handling Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Checking/Credit Card Reconciliation, Loan Reconciliation, and Collections.
  • Entering bills, issuing payments, and ensuring invoices are processed on time.
  • Coordinating with IT to maintain office equipment functionality.
  • Overseeing inventory and floor plan management.
  • Providing general support to visitors and assisting employees with administrative needs.
  • Addressing office management issues, such as office supplies, hardware, and travel arrangements.
  • Managing facility vendor relationships, including cleaning, catering, and security services.
  • Organizing company events such as parties, celebrations, and conferences.


To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Need:

  • 2+ years of bookkeeping experience (required).
  • Proficiency in Google Mail and Google Apps.
  • Strong knowledge of office administration responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
  • Experience handling office equipment (fax machines, printers, etc.).
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to suggest and implement process improvements.
  • A high school diploma (additional administrative qualifications are a plus).
