We are seeking a Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to manage bookkeeping and administrative functions, ensuring a smooth and efficient office environment. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic setting.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing office General and Administrative (G&A) budgets with accurate and timely reporting.
- Handling Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Checking/Credit Card Reconciliation, Loan Reconciliation, and Collections.
- Entering bills, issuing payments, and ensuring invoices are processed on time.
- Coordinating with IT to maintain office equipment functionality.
- Overseeing inventory and floor plan management.
- Providing general support to visitors and assisting employees with administrative needs.
- Addressing office management issues, such as office supplies, hardware, and travel arrangements.
- Managing facility vendor relationships, including cleaning, catering, and security services.
- Organizing company events such as parties, celebrations, and conferences.
To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Need:
- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience (required).
- Proficiency in Google Mail and Google Apps.
- Strong knowledge of office administration responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
- Experience handling office equipment (fax machines, printers, etc.).
- Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to suggest and implement process improvements.
- A high school diploma (additional administrative qualifications are a plus).
