Compensation
Base pay: $12 per hour + tips (average total $17 per hour)

- Up to 3 weeks of PTO per year (0.0577 hours earned per 1 hour worked)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Reflect servant leadership with the teams they work with.
- Ensure that the break and rest period policy for North Lime is observed for ALL employees.
- Ensure effective employee relations; providing employee coaching and development; making employment decisions; resolving employee issues through conflict resolution
- Demonstrate intentional personal growth and development, along with honesty, integrity, and humility in decision-making and interactions with employees
- Provide initial and ongoing training and coaching of team members in crafting beverages and donuts and report progress to Store Manager
- Create an ongoing coaching environment
- Integrate the unique skills and contributions of each team member into the store experience
- Perform incident investigations when necessary
- Maintain proper inventory levels
- Tracking and reporting absenteeism and time-tracking
- Communicate with Store Manger about maintenance and staff issues
- Integrate honesty, integrity, and humility in decision-making and interactions with customers
- Model servant leadership and generosity with customers
- Provide a clean, welcoming, family-friendly environment
- Utilize tools and resources provided (i.e., Homebase, Trainual, Square, Gusto) effectively
- Continually seek personal improvement in crafting beverages and donuts.
- Ensure availability of the majority of products during all parts of the day
- Encourage ideas of team members in creating new beverages and donuts.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Possess and maintain Certified Food Managers Permit in compliance with local or state regulations
- Quality orientation and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a strong team-building skills
- Ability to reconcile cash drawers and bank deposits
- Ability to be discreet with employee and company matters
- All minimum qualifications as described in the Barista and Donut Engineer job description
